How we work out the result
With simple rules, written here. It's a two-minute pointer, not an assessment: in the check-up we look at your real business.
AI potential, up to 100
It tells how much time and repetitive work AI can take off your week. Hours a week are worth up to 50 points: fewer than 5 hours 25, 5 to 15 hours 35, 15 to 40 hours 45, more than 40 hours 50. How repetitive the activities are is worth up to 30: almost always the same 30, similar 22, every case different 15. The activities you chose are worth up to 20: one 14, two 17, three 20. From 85 points the potential is very high, from 70 high, below that medium-high: almost every small business has at least one activity to start from.
Readiness, up to 100
It tells how ready you are to start. Where the information lives is worth up to 40 points: in a management system 40, in tidy spreadsheets 30, scattered 20. The AI you already use is worth up to 30: in everyday tasks 30, people on their own 24, not yet 18. Who follows the project is worth up to 30: the owner 30, a manager 22, nobody 12. From 85 points readiness is very high, from 70 high, below that medium-high.
The time you could win back
It's the hours of the band you chose times the share that, on a cautious estimate, AI can take off: 30 to 50% if the activities are almost always the same, 20 to 35% if they are similar, 5 to 15% if every case is different. For "more than 40 hours" we count up to 60. A working year is 46 weeks. It's an estimate, not a promise.
The verdict
If the information is scattered, or nobody has time to follow the project: "You can start: we'll lay the groundwork together". Otherwise, below 65 points of potential: "Start small", from a single activity. From 65 up: "You can start now".

Do my answers reach you?
Yes, when you see the result: your company name, email, answers and result reach us, so we can get back to you about this result. We keep them with the site's check-up requests. If you press “Contact me”, your phone number reaches us too, if you give it. Analytics, if you accept them, only receive the answers as codes (sector, people, activities, hours) and the two scores, never your name or email.
How accurate is the result?
